Power Train Coverage

For original owners only (defined below), the Power Train Limited Warranty begins upon expiration of manufacture original warranty. It does not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance, or those items excluded elsewhere in this document see "Exceptions" and "What is Not Covered "

The items covered by the power Train Limited Warranty include:

In the Engine : Cylinder block, cylinder head and all internal parts, timing gear, seals and gaskets, valve cover, flywheel, oil pump, water pump.

In the Transaxle: Transmission case and all internal parts, torque converter, drive shaft s, universal joins, front hubs, bearings , seals and gaskets.

In the Transmission : Transmission case, torque converter and all internal parts, seals and gaskets.

All the items not specified are not covered.

ORIGINAL OWNER:
An original owner is defined as the first retail purchaser of the vehicle sold by Car Factory Outlet.

VEHICLES PLACED IN COMMERCIAL SERVICE:
The Limited LifetimeWarranty excludes all coverage from any vehicle that has been placed into any form of commercial service, including but not limited to taxi, route delivery, delivery service or rental and or any type of cargo service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN YOUR WARRANTIES.
MAINTAINANCE:
You are responsible for properly operating and maintaining your vehicle every 3 months or 3,000 miles. If your vehicle is used under severe driving conditions you will void this warranty.

You should retain all maintenance records, they will be necessary to prove that all required maintenance has been performed. Keep all receipts and make them available in case questions arise about the services requested and provided. All maintenance must be performed at the Car Factory Outlet Exclusive Service Shop "Supreme Tires& Auto Service" (3635 NW 7TH ST, Miami, FL 33125) or any manufacturer location.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

The following items are not covered:

If your vehicle is used under service driving conditions you will void this warranty.

Damage due to Factors include, but are not limited to:

Misuse of the vehicle such as driving over curbs, or into roadway maintenance or constructions area, overloading the vehicle, racing or engaging in activities or uses not described in your manual.

Accidents and incidents that damage the vehicle including but not limited to: collisions, fire, theft, riot, alteration, modification, tampering, rewiring.

Damage or collision from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree aspect), salt road hazards, hail, wind storm, lighting, floods and acts of God.

DAMANGE DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE OR THE USE OF WRONG FUEL, OIL, OR LUBRICANTS.

Improper maintenance or the use of other than specified fuel, oil or lubricants recommended in your owners' manual.

Altered Mileage:
Any tampering alteration of odometer or mileage reading will automatically void this warranty.

The duration of all implied warranties, if any, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness, are limited respectively to the duration of these express warranties.

These warranties are given in the lieu of all other expressed warranties (except any forth separately in this document) on the part of Car Factory outlet shall not be liable for any economic loss, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages or any services not expressly provided for herein.

I have read the above document and understand that this is not "A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY" and that it only covers the items mentioned, nothing else, no exceptions.

La Garantía Limitada de por Vida excluye toda cobertura de cualquier vehículo que haya sido colocado en cualquier forma de servicio comercial, incluyendo pero no limitado a taxi, entrega de ruta, servicio de entrega o alquiler y/o cualquier tipo de servicio de carga.

SUS RESPONSABILIDADES PARA MANTENER SUS GARANTÍAS.

MANTENIMIENTO:

Usted es responsable de operar y mantener adecuadamente su vehículo cada 3 meses o 3,000 millas. Si su vehículo se utiliza en condiciones de conducción severas, anulará esta garantía.

Debe conservar todos los registros de mantenimiento, serán necesarios para demostrar que se ha realizado todo el mantenimiento requerido. • Extended Warranty: An extended warranty, sometimes called a service agreement, a service contract, or a maintenance agreement, is a prolonged warranty offered to consumers in addition to the standard warranty on new items. The extended warranty may be offered by the warranty administrator, the retailer or the manufacturer. 
• GAP: Gap insurance is an optional car insurance coverage that helps pay off your auto loan if your car is totaled or stolen and you owe more than the car's depreciated value. Gap insurance may also be called "loan/lease gap coverage." This type of coverage is only available if you're the original loan- or leaseholder on a new vehicle. Gap insurance helps pay the gap between the depreciated value of your car and what you still owe on the car.
• Maintenance Plan: Coverage is all related to customer selection.
• Key / Remote Replacement: If keys are lost or damaged, keys are replaced and programming charges are covered.
• Vehicle Anti-Theft: You receive a benefit payment if your vehicle is stolen and not recovered that can be applied to the purchase of your next vehicle.
